OCTOBER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
We had a number of activities for our local kids over the October Holidays. Chill Zone, Sublimation Workshop, Biscuit Decorating and so much more!
The highlight for the Under 12's was definitely the rock scavenger hunt, where they had to find some painted rocks that had been decorated the previous day by some of the children.
BOYZ NIGHT IN
On the 18th of September, we were very excited to host our first ever BOYS NIGHT at the Youth Booth!​
We had a great turnout of 18 boys as well as 4 other adults who popped in to provide information and supervision on the night!
The evening consisted of a talk, Mario Kart, Dominos, Lego, and lots of competition on 1, 2, Switch!
A special thank you to our awesome committee members Brett and Rebecca Waye for coming along on the night and providing supervision, and also to Layne Thornton and Sean Cotter for coming along to hang out with the young boys and Layne for giving a talk about apprenticeships and gaining employment locally.

JUST THE GIRLS
On the 11th of September we were very excited to host our first ever GIRLS NIGHT at the Youth Booth!
We had a great turnout of 28 girls and around 10 of our local ladies pop in to give some advice and guidance as well as just engaging the young ladies.
The evening consisted of some great talks, twister, Netflix, braiding, nibbles, and laughter!
A special thank you to both Malene Vad Brownley and Adrianna Foss for imparting some valuable knowledge onto our young girls.
